Transforming simple creations into cherished occasions. Driven by a passion for quality and connection, Roman set out to uplift hospitality businesses by crafting tailored beverage systems that help venues thrive and truly stand out.

Unlike typical beverage consultancy firms that focus solely on menu creation and staff training, I serve as a vital bridge between departments and sections.

With my deep background in the industry, I understand the challenges faced by both sides of the business. Departments may find it challenging to communicate effectively because of their unique "work languages" and varied daily responsibilities. My aim isn't to make everyone speak the same language but rather to ensure that both sides are equally recognized and supported, as both are crucial for a successful business.

Roman Čech is a hospitality professional with over 16 years of experience, having honed his expertise in various high-end cocktail bars and Michelin-star restaurants across multiple countries. His drinks have been featured in prestigious venues throughout Europe, including Oblix in London’s iconic skyscraper The Shard, the Michelin-starred Encanto in Lisbon, and the legendary Alchemist in Copenhagen. As a Hospitality Strategy Consultant, Roman combines psychological and human elements with strategic, business, and technical aspects of the industry, reflecting the comprehensive nature of his work.
